ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES
Stand-up paddleboarding experiences to enjoy the sea at the best times of day: sunrise, early morning, and sunset. Activities designed for all skill levels, perfect for relaxing, getting some exercise, and discovering the Barcelona coastline from a unique perspective. All sessions include an instructor and all necessary equipment, in a calm and safe environment.

PADDLE COURSES
Discover stand-up paddleboarding in a fun, safe way that’s suitable for all skill levels. We offer individual and group lessons to help you learn technique, balance, and board handling in the ocean, always guided by certified instructors. You can also enjoy our SUP Yoga sessions, a relaxing experience that combines exercise, balance, and wellness on the water.
