Continuities

Sail and get technical in windsurfing with daggerboard, reach the basic knowledge and competition, learn with us whatever your level is.

You can sail on your own or participate in the Catalan/national circuit of windsurfing regattas in Windsurfer, Raceboard and Techno Plus.

From 25 years of age.

Including one of our paddels so you can come to paddle and prepare yourself physically. 1 hour 3 times a week and under the supervision of the coordinator, (subject to availability). 

We offer you the option of sailing with your own equipment, you can sail freely in our schedule and under the supervision of the coordinator. Space for a board with daggerboard and up to two sails.

Objectives:

• Turning and jibing
• Directions 
• Agility in navigation
• Trimmed material
• Rowing technique
• Use of the lane and the centerboard
• Regatta exercises
• Getting started with planing and using the footstraps
• Physical preparation

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2-hour sessions from 16:00 to 18:00, from November to March from 15:45 to 17: 45.

Saturdays, 2-hour sessions from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

Sundays, 2-hour sessions from 15:00 to 17:00.

• Registration fee : 145€ PROMOTION : (FREE FOR NEW REGISTRATIONS, MINIMUM STAY 3 MONTHS)

Price:

• Sailing with school equipment + 3 hours of paddle per week
• 1 day per week: 129€/month (4 sessions)
• 2 days a week: 181€/month (8 sessions)

• Sail with your own equipment + 3 hours of paddle per week + selected coaching
• 1 training session per week: 165€/month (4 sessions)
• 2 training sessions per week: 207€/month (8 sessions)

• (Minimum group size 3 persons)

General Terms and Conditions of Service and Grounding:

– A federation license is mandatory and must be obtained through the Club Nàutic Poblenou.

– Does not include insurance for customer's equipment in the event of total/partial breakage, theft, or fire (all costs will be borne by the customer).

- The customer will have to have his own insurance for the equipment he is sailing with.
