WING FOIL COURSE

Learn the necessary skills to get started in this sport from zero level. You will practice on land the handling of the wing and in the sea from a paddle Sup and / or a Sup wing. Our instructor will follow you from a support boat.

• Balance
• Learn to sail without drifting

Booked sessions that are cancelled 24 hours before the session is due to take place or are no-shows and there is no medical or weight justification, cannot be made up and the session will be forfeited.

• Avoiding drifting, Rowing into the wind
• Course control
• Assembly, disassembly and care of the equipment (foil, wing...)

Timetable:

• Depending on weather conditions and the objective, the call will be held
